This combination seems terrible. I have compared the thermostat readings to 2 different thermometers mounted near it. When programmed to go from, say, 65 degrees at night to 70 in the morning, it takes the thermostat an extra 30-40 minutes to show it has reached the target temp (while the thermometers read fully 73-74 degrees!), and then it stays running for another 20-30 minutes (driving the thermometers up to about 75 degrees). Trane acknowledges the problem, but even their recent software update doesn't fix it. They suggest adding (at my cost) a remote, wired sensor. Is this normal???
