Settings for hydronic forced hit air

Just added another ecobee and now I'm questioning a few of my setting choices. We have a hydronic forced hit air system with 3 boilers that feed hot water to air handlers. So I have 2 questions.

  1. Should I have installation settings set to boilers or to furnace?

  2. Should I have fan control set to HVAC or thermostat?

Depends if the system turns on the with heat or if you need the thermostat to turn on the fan. Normally you would choose HVAC. If you call for heat and there is no air coming out of the vents, then try thermostat control.
