I'm thinking of replacing my current home thermostats with the ecobee system.
My home currently has 5 conventional Honeywell thermostats, that each control separate furnace zones.
Does this mean that I have to purchase 5 individual ecobee3 thermostats and hook them up to where the old thermostats were, or can I just purchase one and put remote sensors in the other zones?
I'm confused because the website says that the ecobee3 is for "homes with more than one room", and that I could just purchase more remote sensors if needed...
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
